MC Laser: I'm very interested by your patched version of SSD... I have a falcon, and every "disk access", my screen fucks up (strange colours). Can you send it to me? I've made a new track! It is called "Lotek Warrior" (the idea comes from the summer 2001 megademo's intro), I was quite inspired by your "Space Pirate.mod", even if the result sounds different... Just tell me what you think about it!: http://damoiselleprecieuse.free.fr/bummtschakmp3s/Bummtschak-LotekWarrior.mp3 Yerzmyey: I have downloaded the whole album, put it on a CD... I should say: AY-Riders ROCKS!!!!!

crazy q: just use ctrl or alt.. thats enough.. ctrl boots without any auto prgs or accessories but you have harddisk accesible and alt boots without even booting the harddisk, so you can only work with disc. Timbral: converting to snd is quite easy: first you need to download a little tool called ssdsnd. you can download it at sndplayer.atari.org/files/ssdsnd.zip copy your tri + tvs file in the same directory as the unpacked zip. you will find a file called "makesnd.s" in the directory. load it in a texteditor and edit: composer, songname and so on (it will appear in the sndplayer as songinfo) and also the name of the tri/tvs file at the end of the textfile. save it, leave the texteditor and start convert.tos ... then you should have a file created called track.snd. this is your song. rename it and listen to it in sndplayer :-)

crazy q: have you made sure you start SDD in STLow and all that? i prefer to hold ctrl+shft+alt on bootup and run SDD from diskette, to not-load any unnessecary stuff... the patched version "gets rid" of the phucked-up colours that may appear in SDD when running on some falcons, for all i know of.

Yo.. Soz gwEm, i bailed in the end - it was raining in Brighton and I lamed out ;-) But sounds like you represented to the max! what does 'authentic' mean tho'?! Hope you get another spot and i'll definately come and check it out next time :-) hell, I'll even go to trendy shoreditch...

y0! the atari dj show went quite well, i got a good response from the people there who told me it was 'authentic'. at the end of my set there was a really good bit where i left nemo's track 'shortcuts' running in a constant loop while the next guy setup his laptop. how i laughed inside when it kept crashing. 'Shortcuts' must have been running a good 10 minutes before he got the thing running, and all the time my Atari was playing this simple loop. Damo, did you make it? i guess you would have said hi if you did. I didn't play HeadAxe, partly because i don't have an SND of it. On the other hand I rinsed out DMA-SC, MC_Laser and Dave Whittaker tracks. I hope someone asks me to do it again! gwEm (12kHz rulez)

gwEm, this sounds fresh! is Jaguar Shoes the name of the night or the club? whats the nearest tube station? what time is your set? Will you play Headaxe by 505? Questions I need answers to ;-) i'll try and make it down but if I can't reach then good luck anyway! Damo/resgodz
