Oh yeah, "If pig could fly" is really a nice tune! I am hearing (and discovering) it at that moment, from the ultimate music demo...
Does it comes from an old demo?

I think it was somwhere on the f-keys, but in a somewhat unusual order... Like cut on F1 and paste on F3 or something like that... Not enterily sure though, it's about ten years since I worked with that program (didn't do much chip-music after the Syndicate quit the scene)... It was quite tricky to use, that I remember :) Sounded really good though...

Ah you used it Frazer?
Then please give us the cut'n paste keyboards commands. :)

Megatizer kicks ass! I made all my best songs using that program, like If pigs could fly and some other tunes :)

Ah i don't know anything about Megatizer, i don't even know Jedi much, i came into Sector One after he move to inactive state on ST.

But i think the v2.95 got problems running on some systems.
The main difference between the 2 versions available from DHS.nu, is that the v2.95 got a SID voice as special feature, while there is a digital voice in the v2.4 (not used much though).

If you've heard the Virtual Escape tunes, these have been made using Megatizer v2.95.
For all the older productions, it was certainly v2.4.

Why does no one use this editor?
Well for me, there's no bloc cut'n paste first (or perhaps there is, but not findable without documentation).
Also its sound doesn't got any specific special FXs (if i'm not wrong), at least for v2.4.

By the way, most of the Megatizer compositions uses high pitch notes and i thought it was part of the editor "sound style" before, while in fact this can be done in any editor. ;)

I was wondering... why does nobody use the Megatizer chiptracker in the YM scene today? I've heard a lot of songs done with this one, and they all had a very very good sound, a BIG sound, with weird noizes, quite different from the other chiptrackers!!
I have downloaded this soft on the DHS site, but it doesn't run on my falcon and my 520 Ste...
Does anybody knows why?
(DMA SC, toi qui es de sector one, tu saurais peut-être me répondre?)

ciao ym rockerz, keep on ym-ing!
