Wow, marvelous work guys, all those tunes would really fit perfectly in games!

I'm sure lots of actual professional "game-soundtracks" composers couldn't do such game-music sounding tunes, because long music studies can't cope with hours of games playing! ;)

Also to Exocet : Really nice gfxs you've made, the 2600 is so sweet and the faces are so faithfull (i think, at least i find mine really reconizable). It's so amazing for those to be reconizable in such a low res and game-player style!
You're a master. :)

who cares about the music-industry... here's something for you...
non-commercial and highly inspiring:

"warryorz", our latest release!

check the "demos"-section...

felt like babbling a little:

that computer music is turning commercial is not a new thing.

what year was it that super mario went hiphop? mid-90's?
it is a terrible rape...

though there come some good from it too. more and more
artists and producers have realized that the old soundchips
can be re-used. take 'mogwai' for example, they use the 4-bit
gameboy chip in at least one track in their latest album. and
it sounds great!

even if britney spears would have a mos6581 or ym2149 in one
of her songs it wouldn't matter, because the masses wouldn't
understand the meaning of using it, and they wouldn't pay no
attention to it. i don't have to listen to the chip being raped, i
can change channel or use earplugs.

for my own sake this is not really a problem, since the music that i
make myself is so different from the popshit, we aren't playing in
the same league...

"i want to preserve what is good in music, but the industry...
only seems to want to destroy it."
